Chardonnay for Capricorn; substance and length to outlast work-a-holic goats. Lemon, yellow peach, nectarine and a flinty mineral edge. There’s still some weight to this wine, matured in old oak, so broad but still fresh, lifted and vibrant on the palate. Structured yet smashable.
